Skin Resurfacing/Skin Filler-Injectable Terms جلد الظهور / الجلد عن طريق الحقن حيث مدون -

Ablative Resurfacing صيغة الجر الظهور

Skin treatment with laser, plasma, chemical, or mechanical abrasion that removes the outer layer of skin (epidermis and part of the dermis) with a week or greater of time before the new skin entirely forms.  During the week without an outer skin layer, the patient must use liberal amounts of skin emollients to serve as skin barrier and to facilitate smooth healing.  Although the downtime is more significant, the results are generally much more significant than with non-ablative resurfacing (See Non-Ablative Resurfacing). الليزر لعلاج الجلد ، البلازما ، او الكيمياءيه او الميكانيكيه الحك ان يزيل الخارجي طبقة من الجلد (البشره وجزء من الادمه) مع اسبوع او اكثر من الوقت قبل ان اشكال جديدة الجلد تماما. وخلال الاسبوع دون وجود طبقة الجلد الخارجي ، المريض يجب ان تستخدم الليبراليه كميات من الجلد المطريات لتكون بمثابة حاجز الجلد وسلسه لتسهيل الشفاء. الرغم من التوقف هو أكثر أهمية ، فإن النتائج تكون عادة اكثر اهمية من صيغة الجر مع المنظمات غير الظهور (انظر غير صيغة الجر الظهور).

Accutane

Allergan

Allergan is a company that merged with Inamed and produces many products in the cosmetic market, including Botox and Juvéderm. Allergan هي الشركة التي اندمجت مع inamed وتنتج العديد من المنتجات في سوق مستحضرات التجميل ، بما في botox وjuvéderm.

Artefill

An injectable agent combining bovine (cow) collagen and methylmethacrylate (plastic) beads to provide a permanent aesthetic facial correction.  Marketed in Europe as Artecoll and previously as Arteplast.  Although Artefill is a modification of Artecoll, Dr. Lam believes that some of the complication profile seen with Artecoll may be apparent in the future with Artefill and therefore has elected not to incorporate Artefill into his clinical practice. وهو يجمع بين وكيل للحقن الابقار (بقرة) والكولاجين methylmethacrylate (البلاستيك) الخرز دائم لتقديم الوجه الجمالية تصويب. تسويقه في اوروبا كما في السابق وكما artecoll وarteplast. Blue Light الضوء الأزرق

A treatment used to treat active acne by targeting the bacteria, P.acnes, that causes acne. العلاج المستخدمة لعلاج حب الشباب النشط من خلال استهداف البكتريا ، p.acnes ، الذي يسبب حب الشباب.

Botox

Botox, manufactured by Allergan, is the brand name for botulinum toxin used to treat wrinkles mainly of the upper face but also at times for the lower face.  Botox can also be used for facial reshaping by lifting the corners of the brows, corners of the lips and relaxing the nasolabial fold/smile line.  Botox lasts typically between 3 to 4 months in most cases.  Botox works by blocking a treated muscle from moving in order so that wrinkles will start to diminish over time, bad habits like chronic frowning are slowly forgotten, and even the texture and tone of the skin can improve over time.  Dr. Lam believes in the importance of Botox being a long-term regimen for the improvement in facial wrinkles and skin health. Captique

A type of hyaluronic acid (See Hyaluronic Acid) injectable that has a higher water content and a much lower concentration of hyaluronic acid that leads to minimal to no swelling after injection but very little longevity.  Given its relatively short longevity (oftentimes several weeks), Dr. Lam no longer uses Captique. Hyaluronic نوع من حمض (انظر hyaluronic حامض) للحقن يكون له مضمون وارتفاع المياه اقل بكثير من التركيز hyaluronic الحمضيه التي تؤدي الى الحد الادنى على اي تورم بعد الحقن ولكن قليلة جدا طول العمر. قصيرة نسبيا نظرا لطول العمر (في كثير من الاحيان عدة اسابيع) ، الدكتور لام captique لم تعد تستخدم.

Carbon Dioxide Laser ليزر ثاني اكسيد الكربون

Considered the “gold standard” for skin resurfacing.  Introduced in the early 1990s but today considered aggressive in terms of long-term risks of skin color loss and also prolonged recovery time of several months. تعتبر "المعيار الذهبى" للجلد الظهور. عرض في اوائل التسعينات ولكنها اليوم تعتبر عدوانيه من حيث المخاطر على المدى الطويل من لون الجلد والخسارة وأيضا الانتعاش طويلة من الزمن عدة اشهر.

Chemical Peel قشور الكيمياءيه

Use of a chemical agent like trichloroacetic acid (TCA) to treat skin pathologies and aging.  Low concentrations of TCA like 10 to 20% used lightly can be non-ablative (See Non-Ablative Resurfacing)  and higher concentrations used with multiple passes like 35% TCA can be ablative (See Ablative Resurfacing). استخدام احد العناصر الكيمياءيه مثل حمض التريكلوروسيتيك حمض (TCA) لعلاج الامراض الجلديه والشيخوخة. تركيزات منخفضه مثل TCA من 10 الى 20 ٪ ويمكن استخدامها بسهولة غير صيغة الجر (انظر غير صيغة الجر الظهور (وبتركيزات عالية تستخدم متعددة مثل يمر 35 ٪ TCA يمكن ان تكون صيغة الجر (انظر صيغة الجر الظهور).

Bovine Collagen الأبقار الكولاجين

Collagen that is derived from a cow source is now a relatively outdated method for cosmetic correction of the face for three reasons:  1) too short acting compared with high concentration hyaluronic acid products (HA, See Hyaluronic Acid), 2) requires a skin test a month before treatment, 3) it is an animal product.  It comes packaged either as Zyderm I and II (thinner products for finer lines but more short lived) and Zyplast (thicker product for longer effect and deeper folds but still shorter lasting than HA products). الكولاجين ما هو مشتق بقرة المصدر نسبيا التي عفا عليها الزمن الان وسيلة لتصحيح تجميليه للوجه لأسباب ثلاثة : 1) بالنيابة قصيرة جدا بالمقارنة مع ارتفاع تركيز حمض hyaluronic المنتجات (هكتار ، انظر hyaluronic الحمضيه) ، (2) ويتطلب ذلك فحص جلدي قبل شهر من العلاج ، (3) ومن المنتجات الحيوانيه. المعلبه الامر اما zyderm الاول والثاني (أرق المنتجات ادق لخطوط قصيرة ولكن اكثر) وzyplast (اسمك المنتج لفترة اطول واعمق الاثر طيات ولكنه لا يزال أقصر مما كان دائم هكتار المنتجات).

Cosmoderm

A type of injectable human collagen used for temporary correction of facial defects and manufactured by Inamed (now Allergan).  Cosmoderm is intended for finer lines and lasts a shorter time than Cosmoplast.  Both products however are relatively short lasting compared with high concentration hyaluronic acid products so Dr. Lam does not use either Cosmoderm or Cosmoplast. نوع من حقوق للحقن الكولاجين المؤقتة المستخدمة لتصحيح عيوب الوجه والمصنعه من قبل inamed (allergan الآن). Dermabrasion

Mechanical dermabrasion should not be confused with microdermabrasion.  Microdermabrasion provides light exfoliation and is a spa/aesthetician treatment.  Mechanical dermabrasion is a procedure that sands away the outer layer of skin in an ablative fashion (See Ablative Resurfacing) used to improve the condition of scars or previously uneven surgically treated areas. Dermabrasion الميكانيكيه وينبغي عدم الخلط بين microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion ينص على ضوء exfoliation ومنتجع صحي / aesthetician العلاج. الميكانيكيه dermabrasion هو اجراء الرمال بعيدا الخارجي طبقة من الجلد في صيغة الجر المناسب (أنظر صيغة الجر الظهور) تستخدم لتحسين ظروف ندوب او جراحيا معاملة غير متساويه في السابق المجالات.

Dysport

The British version of Botox manufactured by Ipsen to be released in the United States as Reloxin by Medicis.  Currently, not FDA approved for use in the United States. النسخه البريطانية من botox من صنع ipsen ان يفرج عنها في الولايات المتحدة كما reloxin من عائلة ميديسي الايطاليه من قبل. وفى الوقت الحاضر ، لا وافقت هيئة التنمية الحرجيه لاستخدامها في الولايات المتحدة.

Fractionated Laser مجزا ليزر

A semi-ablative treatment in which micropunctures with a laser are undertaken in a grid pattern so that the skin will heal in a non-ablative fashion with results that can be halfway between non-ablative and fully ablative skin treatments (See Non-Ablative Resurfacing and Ablative Skin Resurfacing). شبه صيغة الجر في المعامله التي micropunctures مع الليزر تجري في نمط الشبكه حتى الجلد سوف تلتئم في صيغة الجر غير المناسب مع النتائج التي يمكن ان تكون في منتصف الطريق بين صيغة الجر غير صيغة الجر الجلد تماما والعلاج (انظر الظهور غير صيغة الجر صيغة الجر وجلد الظهور).

Fraxel

A brand for a type of fractionated laser treatment.  See Fractionated Laser. علامة تجارية لنوع من العلاج بالليزر مجزا. مجزا انظر الليزر.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Hyaluronic حمض (بالهكتار)

A polysaccharide composed of the same molecular structure across all species used as an injectable filler in products like Restylane, Perlane, Juvéderm, Hylaform, and Captique that does not require any skin testing before treatment.  Can be used in all facial areas and benefits from low allergy profile and reversibility with Vitrase (See Vitrase).  Higher concentration HA products like Restylane, Perlane, and Juvéderm are hydrophilic in that temporary swelling for 2 to 3 days is normal and will dissipate shortly thereafter. أ عديد السكاريد تتألف من نفس التركيب الجزيئي في جميع الأنواع المستخدمة للحقن بوصفها مدون في منتجات مثل restylane ، perlane ، juvéderm ، hylaform ، وcaptique أنه لا يتطلب أي اختبار الجلد قبل العلاج. يمكن استخدامها في جميع المجالات والوجه من فوائد منخفضه نبذة عن الحساسيه وعكس اتجاهها مع vitrase (انظر vitrase). التركز هكتار منتجات مثل restylane ، perlane ، وjuvéderm قابل للاتحاد مع الماء هي في ان تورم مؤقت ل2 الى 3 ايام امر طبيعي وسوف تتلاشى بعد ذلك بوقت قصير.

Hylaform

A low concentration hyaluronic acid (HA) product that has limited longevity and unlike other HA products is animal derived (from a rooster’s comb).  For these two reasons, Dr. Lam does not use this product. انخفاض تركيز حمض hyaluronic (بالهكتار) ان المنتج قد حد من طول العمر وخلافا لغيرها من المنتجات الحيوانيه هكتار المستمده) من الديك للالمشط). هذة لسببين ، الدكتور لام لا تستخدم هذا المنتج.

Inamed

A company that manufactures cosmetic products and that has been purchased by Allergan (See Allergan). شركة مستحضرات التجميل والمنتجات والمصنوعات التي تم شراؤها من قبل allergan (انظر allergan).

IPL '7' IPL

IPL stands for intense pulsed light and is also known as fotofacial or photofacial.  Intense light that is used to treat the skin in a non-ablative fashion (See Non-Ablative Resurfacing) principally to treat color problems like unwanted brown and red color and to a lesser extent wrinkles and texture/tone. '7' IPL مكثفة لتقف نابض ضوء ويعرف ايضا باسم fotofacial او photofacial. مكثفة الخفيفه التي تستخدم لعلاج الجلد في غير صيغة الجر المناسب (أنظر غير صيغة الجر الظهور) اساسا لعلاج مشاكل مثل لون غير المرغوب فيه وبراون والى اللون الاحمر وبدرجه اقل التجاعيد والملمس / لهجة.

Juvéderm

A hyaluronic acid product that comes in two thicknesses Ultra (thinner) and Ultra Plus (thicker) used as an injectable agent to fill lips, volume loss, and wrinkles. أ hyaluronic حمض المنتجات التي تأتي في اثنين من سمك جدا (أرق) وزائد جدا (إسمك) يستخدم كمؤشر للحقن وكيلا لملء الشفاه ، وحجم الخسائر ، والتجاعيد.

KTP Laser Ktp الليزر

A laser at 532-nm used in a non-ablative fashion (See Non-Ablative Resurfacing) to treat principally red lesions like telangectasias, broken capillaries, and spider angiomas but also can be used to treat superficial brown spots like freckles. ليزر - 532 نانومتر في استخدامها في غير صيغة الجر المناسب (أنظر غير صيغة الجر الظهور) اساسا لعلاج الآفات مثل telangectasias الاحمر ، كسر الاوعيه الشعريه ، والعنكبوت angiomas ولكن أيضا يمكن ان تستخدم لعلاج سطحي مثل براون بقع النمش.

Laser الليزر

A monochromatic (one wavelength), coherent (wavelength in sync and in one direction) Light that is Amplified by Stimulated Emission of Radiation (hence the name LASER) used in a variety of capacities but in this glossary used to treat one’s skin.  Through a process of selective photothermolysis, lasers of different wavelengths are used to target different skin pathologies depending on the wavelength أ أحادي اللون (واحد من الطول الموجي) ، ومتماسكه (الطول الموجي ومتزامنا في اتجاه واحد) وهذا هو تضخيم الضوء بتنشيط انبعاث الاشعاع (ومن هنا اسم الليزر) تستخدم في مجموعة متنوعة من القدرات ولكن في هذه معجم المصطلحات المستخدمة لعلاج واحد جلد الانسان. من خلال عملية انتقاءيه photothermolysis ، مختلفة الاطوال الموجيه للاشعه الليزر تستخدم لاستهداف امراض جلديه مختلفة اعتمادا على طول الموجة

A company that distributes Restylane and Perlane and soon will release a competitor to Botox called Reloxin. شركة توزيع restylane وperlane ستفرج قريبا ومنافسا لbotox دعا reloxin.

Non-Ablative Resurfacing غير صيغة الجر الظهور

Non-ablative resurfacing refers to a skin treatment in which the outer layer of the skin is maintained and not effaced (removed).  Examples would be a photofacial or light chemical peel that can help improve the skin without significant downtime.  Generally, non-ablative resurfacing is not as effective as ablative resurfacing (See Ablative Resurfacing) for deeper signs of skin aging but can actually be more effective in treating color problems of the skin than ablative resurfacing with certain types of non-ablative lasers. غير صيغة الجر الظهور يشير الى المعامله التي الجلد الخارجي طبقة من الجلد وليس الحفاظ على ممسوح (ازالة). الامثله سيكون photofacial او قشور ضوء الكيمياءيه التي يمكن ان تساعد في تحسين الجلد من دون توقف. عموما ، والمنظمات غير صيغة الجر الظهور ليست فعالة كما الظهور صيغة الجر (انظر صيغة الجر الظهور) لأعمق من الجلد علامات الشيخوخة ولكن هل يمكن فعلا ان تكون اكثر فعالية في معالجة المشاكل من لون الجلد من صيغة الجر الظهور مع انواع معينة من غير صيغة الجر الليزر.

Perlane

A thicker form of hyaluronic acid used for the treatment of deeper wrinkles, volume loss, and skin folds made by manufacturer Medicis. أ اسمك شكل من اشكال hyaluronic حامض تستخدم لعلاج التجاعيد الأعمق ، وحجم الخسائر ، وطيات الجلد الذي ادلى به الصانع من عائلة ميديسي الايطاليه.

Photofacial

Pixel بكسل

A type of fractionated laser treatment.  See Fractionated Laser. نوع من العلاج بالليزر مجزا. مجزا انظر الليزر.

Plasma Skin Resurfacing البلازما الجلد الظهور

Plasma skin resurfacing refers to a type of skin treatment that can be either ablative at high settings or non-ablative at low settings (See Ablative Skin Resurfacing and Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing) aimed at managing wrinkles but principally to provide a much improved texture and tone to the skin.  Plasma refers to the energized state of nitrogen gas that is the delivery system for the Portrait device which is administered to the patient in a non-contact fashion.  Skin improvements can be observed up to a year and beyond following treatment. البلازما الجلد الظهور يشير الى نوع من العلاج الجلد التي يمكن ان تكون إما في صيغة الجر اعدادات عالية أو غير صيغة الجر في اعدادات منخفضه (انظر صيغة الجر جلد الظهور وعدم الظهور صيغة الجر الجلد) التي تهدف الى ادارة التجاعيد ولكن في المقام الأول الى تحسن كبير في توفير والملمس اللهجه الى الجلد. البلازما تشير الى النشاط في الدولة من غاز النيتروجين وهذا هو نظام تقديم صورة للجهاز الذي يدار على المريض في الاتصال غير المناسب. الجلد ويمكن ملاحظه التحسن قد تصل الى السنة التالية وما بعدها العلاج.

Radiesse

Radiesse, formerly Radiance, is composed of calcium hydroxylapatite, a material found in the human body, which is used as an injectable agent to provide long-term (8 months to 14 months in general) correction of volume loss and deep folds but is relatively unsuitable for treatment around the eyes and in the lips. Radiesse ، سابقا الاشعاع ، وتتكون من الكالسيوم hydroxylapatite ، وجدت المواد في الجسم البشري ، الذي يستخدم للحقن بوصفه وكيلا لتقديم طويلة الاجل (8 اشهر الى 14 شهرا في العام (تصحيح حجم الخسارة والطيات العميقه نسبيا ولكن غير مناسب للعلاج حول العينين والشفتين.

Radiofrequency ذبذبة الارسال

An alternative to a laser that treats deeper skin tissues through the use of radio waves.  See Accent XL. بديل لليزر ان يعامل اعمق انسجه الجلد من خلال استخدام موجات الراديو. اللكنه انظر الحادي عشر.

Restylane

A hyaluronic acid product (See Hyaluronic Acid) used to treat all types of aesthetic deficits including lip enhancement, line improvement, wrinkle reduction, and volume filling – although Perlane (See Perlane) is more ideally suited to the latter indication.  Restylane and Perlane are distributed by Medicis. أ hyaluronic حمض المنتج (انظر hyaluronic الحمضيه (المستخدمة لعلاج جميع أنواع العجز والجمالية بما فيها تعزيز شفة ، وتحسين الخط ، والحد من التجعيد ، وحجم ملء -- على الرغم من perlane (انظر perlane) هو اكثر مناسبة بشكل مثالي لهذا الاخير دلالة. Reloxin

The medical term for a wrinkle. الطبية لمدة التجعيد.

Sculptra

Brand name for injectable poly-L-lactic acid used to treat HIV lipoatrophy and off-label to treat pan facial volume loss.  Dr. Lam does not use Sculptra extensively anymore owing to three reasons:  1) expense to the patient, 2) inability to treat the area around the eyes safely, and 3) long wait before results are observed. الاسم التجاري للحقن بولي - ل - لبنى حامض المستخدمة في علاج فيروس نقص المناعه البشريه وlipoatrophy من علامة لعلاج الوجه عموم حجم الخسارة. الدكتور لام لا تستخدم على نطاق واسع لم يعد sculptra نظرا لأسباب ثلاثة : 1) لحساب المريض ، 2) عدم القدرة لعلاج العيون في جميع انحاء المنطقة فى أمان ، و (3) وطال الانتظار قبل احظ النتائج.

A radiofrequency device that has been touted to provide skin tightening and rejuvenation that unfortunately has also been met with disappointment and a higher than expected complication rate in facial tissues.  Has had some success in treating body areas for skin tightening and rejuvenation. الف ذبذبة الارسال الجهاز الذي تم توصف لتوفير تشديد وتجديد الجلد ومما يؤسف له ان اجتمع ايضا مع وخيبة الامل واعلى من المتوقع في معدل تعقيد انسجه الوجه. وقد حقق بعض النجاح فى علاج هيئة المناطق لتشديد وتجديد الجلد.
