Following Dr. Lam’s lead of lecturing nationally to his peers, our staff members also teach nationally every year at the national conferences. Dianne Bourque, the Nursing Director at the Lam Facial Plastic Surgery Center, is the immediate past president of the Organization for Facial Plastic Surgery Assistants (OFPSA), affiliate to the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and continues on as the educational liaison for the OFPSA. Her national and international lectures are focused principally on maintaining and executing quality control at every step during hair restoration. She also has recently completed work on a book on emotions that will soon be published. She has also lectured on the role that emotions play for staff members at the OFPSA/AAFPRS.
