Perlane and Restylane (If you look, it looks as if the puppet lines <marionette> lines and nasolabial groove <smile lines> are the worse. Instead, the volume loss is much more the problem. So this patient did not have her lines filled but had volume restored with Restylane and Perlane instead.)

Perlane and Restylane (Watch the ABC News segment featuring this result!) On the left (before) photos, this 38 year old is shown AFTER another physician filled her smile lines and lips. The smile line correction has done nothing to help her. The lips look terribly artificial. The patient underwent volume balancing with Restylane and Perlane and also lower lip correction to achieve better balance and shape, which is shown on the right image.

Due to the parenthetical look of her smile lines, I thought they made her look older. Interestingly, the photo on the left was taken at 35 years of age and the after photo was taken 4 years later.)
