Corrective Upper Lip Reduction (For Overdone Fat Grafting)

This patient had an overdone upper lip using fat grafting done by another surgeon. She underwent an upper lip reduction focusing on red lip reduction and some white lip reduction along with smoothing out a lumpy surface. She had a single lower lip augmentation with micro silicone to attain a more balanced result between her upper and lower lips.
