Aging Nose Rhinoplasty Photo

This photo shows a gentleman with a condition of aging nose deformity in which the elastic tissue that holds the cartilages of the nose begins to separate and weaken, as featured in many drawings by Leonardo da Vinci. The individual did not like how droopy his nasal tip and wanted the nose to look more angled appropriately. He also had significant compromise to his breathing. Using a lateral crural overlay technique, the nose was resuspended to help with both form and function.
