Primary Hump and Nasal Tip Rhinoplasty Photo

The photo of this woman is shown from the frontal and profile views. She exhibits a relatively large hump of the nasal bridge as well as a nasal tip that is overprojected (too long), under-rotated with a hanging columella. She had the nasal tip shortened, rotated, and refined (made less bulbous and boxy). She had the nasal hump reduced and the nasal bridge straightened.
