This young lady demonstrates a large nasal hump that extends from the top of her bridge to her nasal tip that was reduced as well as a bifid (boxy) nasal tip that was also refined. One of the major mistakes in bridge reduction of the nose is failure to address the entire bridge but simply rasping one part or another, leading to either a scooped nose or a pollybeak deformity. The patient of note also had her bulbous bifid tip refined through cartilage refinement techniques without the need for onlay grafting.
