Primary Middle Eastern Rhinoplasty

This Middle Eastern lady shows a prominent bridge and tip that appears overly ethnic. By softening her features, she looks more proportionate and feminine. Of note, her bridge height was kept at a relatively higher position so as to preserve ethnicity rather than make her look in my opinion unnatural and unaesthetic with a lower bridge given her ethnic background. I see too many Persian and other Middle Eastern noses that are too pinched and scooped and are obviously unnatural even seen from a distance.
