Primary, Hispanic, Female Rhinoplasty

This patient shows convex nasal dorsal deformity and an underotated nasal tip along with a broad, bifid, and bulbous nasal tip. She underwent rhinoplasty to rotate and refine the nasal tip and to reduce her nasal hump. Of note, she also underwent a concurrent fat transfer for facial rejuvenation.
