Corrective Rhinoplasty Photo (over-resected, over-scooped and collapsed nose)
This a photo of a woman who underwent previous rhinoplasty leading to an over-resected, over-scooped and collapsed nose. She underwent nasal bridge reconstruction with Gore-Tex and reconstruction of the nasal tip using both ear and septal cartilage to remove the pinched look and also to improve her compromised breathing from a collapsed external nasal valve. She also had her scars along the nostril ala reduced through mechanical dermabrasion. She appears more natural afterward and also has regained normal breathing. She also underwent simultaneous cheek augmentation for a more balanced facial appearance.
