This young man underwent 3 prior rhinoplasties to correct his deviated nasal bridge from previous trauma, all without success. He underwent an open reduction of his nasal fracture using multiple osteotomies (surgical bone fractures) to create a more discernible improvement. Although the result is far from perfect, he appears much straighter and less visibly deformed.
