Corrective Facial Fat Transfer

This woman underwent prior lower facial surgery including a malpositioned chin implant performed elsewhere. I was able to use her old photographs to rejuvenate her face and to correct the lower facial work through a facelift, removal of the chin implant, and facial fat transfer.
