These primary fat transfer photographs represent individuals who have not had significant previous work performed. These fat grafting photos are taken with standardized lighting, camera settings, and in the same room shown as long-term results following fat grafting. Although it is hard to perfectly standardize makeup, Dr. Lam has tried to main standardization of makeup in these primary fat grafting photographs.
When looking at these primary facial fat transfer photos, it is important to understand that there is no perfect fat transfer photographic result but the objective instead is that the individual should look more youthful, vibrant, and rested and for women more feminine in quality. The 5% rule that Dr. Lam talks about is that when you look at a fat transfer photograph no one area may be perfect but the total result should look significantly better than before the procedure.
