Primary Facial Fat Transfer

This gentleman underwent facial fat transfer to create a more balanced and masculine looking face. His jawline and outer cheek were strengthened but blended with the anterior cheek and buccal areas as well. Interestingly, his coarser skin qualities were also softened by the fat transfer over time.
