This gentleman underwent just facial fat transfer. You can see that I am more conservative with men and I work to create a more masculine face rather than a more feminine one. By strengthening the outer cheek bone and the anterior chin (at times also the outer jawline), I can create a rejuvenated appearance that is still masculine in overall shape and appearance.
