Primary Facial Fat Transfer

This women underwent an upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid skin removal) along with full facial fat transfer. Most individuals are used to looking at a very skeletonized upper eyelid following traditional eyelid surgery. I am opposed to that look so I use principally fat transfer to create a more balanced and natural result that resembles how an eye looks in youth.
