Primary Facial Fat Transfer

This woman looks as if she needs a browlift and eyelid surgery because the upper eyelid looks "heavy". However, look at how she has painted her eyebrows. If I did a browlift she would have looked like Spock. Instead by actually lowering her brows with fat transfer and combining it with a neck and facelift she is shown to have an overall balanced and rejuvenated look.
