Primary Facial Fat Transfer

This 40-year-old Hispanic woman is shown before and 1 year following a single session of fat transfer. Besides the obvious correction of the under eyelid hollow, there is a more feminine, softer, and more balanced face. The buccal area and anterior chin were integral areas to augment with fat transfer to balance the lower face (which was too empty) with the strong bony features of the midface.
