3-Layer Nasal Reconstruction (Frontal View)
This man had a basal cell carcinoma of the left side of his nose that was resected via MOH's surgery, which left him with a through-and-through nasal defect. He underwent a three-layered, two-stage reconstruction using forehead tissue to reline the outer layer of the nose, ear and septal cartilage to restore the framework, and a septal mucosal flap to rebuild the inner nasal lining.
