This woman had a basal cell carcinoma that was resected via MOHs surgery leaving her with an absent nasal tip and a defect extending onto her right cheek as well as a through-and-through defect of her right nostril. She underwent a three-staged nasal reconstruction that involved a forehead flap to rebuild the outer portion of her nose, an ear cartilage-skin graft to reline the inner two layers of the right lower nostril, and a right cheek rotation flap to close the cheek defect.
