Bilobed Flap Reconstruction (Frontal View)

This man had a left nasal basal cell carcinoma removed via MOHs surgery and is left with a defect. He underwent a reconstruction with a bilobed flap in which tissue was borrowed progressively from the upper portion of the nose where skin is looser to rebuild the lost tissue of his nasal tip skin.
