<description>My friend from Hong Kong, Tim Zee wrote to me in an email: "I just checked out your blog and found your articles on your new painting and on eating breakfast to be especially interesting. Our bodies are apparently conditioned to store fat, which is apparently from our caveman days when we didn’t know where and when our next meal would be … in fact, it’s recommended that we eat smaller meals six times a day to increase our metabolism and store less fat. This comes from Dr. Oz, who wrote a book called You, the Owner’s Manual and You on a Diet. It’s good.

I am glad to keep up with you through your website and look forward to visiting with you sometime soon!"

My response: I totally agree. It has been really hard to do that though (poor discipline) so I have been eating 3 squares and mini snacks when i get hungry at 10 am, 5 pm etc. I don't let my body get hungry. That helps.
best,
