PLASTIC SURGERY PATIENT SURVEYS
The patient survey for 2007 was an internally conducted survey given to patients anonymously as an internal quality improvement measure. The patient survey for 2008 was an independently conducted survey by Allergan (the manufacturers of Botox) and published as they provided the information to us (i.e., the report in its entirety). Of note, LFP has won the rare distinction of the "Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award 2008" given to the top practices in the nation for customer satisfaction so we are very proud of this distinction and scoring way above the national average in every single category with mostly perfect 5.0's. Dr. Lam believes that many companies pay lip service to customer service but have no definable metrics to quantify those outcomes. These surveys substantiate the quality of care that LFP provides.
