Osteoma or lipoma? Dallas Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Sam Lam discusses the removal of this lesion that resided in the subgaleal plane which pathology ultimately showed was a lipoma. This is very unusual given the location depth of the lipoma and the way it felt preoperatively. He used the hairline incision to remove the lesion. Photographs before and one week after are shown.
