 After a month long radio promotion on Mix 102.9 in May 2005, the search for a winner of the Ultimate Makeover Contest – the first of its kind in Dallas, Texas, and co-sponsored by the Willow Bend Wellness Center – was finally over. On July 21, 2005, the Ultimate Makeover Contest Gala was held at the Willow Bend Wellness Center to sponsor the Turning Point Rape Crisis Center and to reveal Cassie’s new look.
