Perlane is the newest member of the Restylane® family. Perlane is a longer lasting version of Restylane® that is intended for volume filling along with correcting deeper lines and folds like the Smile Lines or Marionette or Puppet Lines. Perlane works well for the lips especially for those in whom Restylane® or Juvederm® do not last long enough. However, owing to its thickness, Perlane can feel somewhat harder in the lips. Perlane is not intended for fine lines or thin wrinkles. Restylane® is preferred for this purpose. Perlane is expected to last between 6 months to a year. |
