I created this postoperative video section as a companion to your postoperative instruction sheet. I oftentimes repeat some of the salient points of the postoperative instruction sheet to my patients many times because it is hard for them to remember what I told them and even what they have read.

The post operative videos are unparalleled in helping to enhance communication and retention of postoperative information. I will continue to repeat postoperative video instructions numerous times as I believe that you cannot repeat information sufficiently to ensure that someone remembers it.

Post operative videos are also helpful in anticipation of your procedure, to reinforce the proposed postoperative course that you may undergo.
