The rhinoplasty photos show his approach is to preserve the natural contours of a nose without creating an overly pinched or over scooped nose in the process. His nasal profiles are straight and not ski-sloped, which he believes only occurs by the hand of a surgeon and is not a natural occurring condition. He is as knowledgeable about the inside as he is about the outside of the nose and places a premium on maintaining, enhancing, or correcting respiratory flow, as he believes the nose is first and foremost a respiratory organ that must be understood and treated with respect.
